Step 1 :- go to m.Facebook.com ,this link will transfer your facebook account into mobile view,its look as i below mentioned
Step 2 :- Go to the video which you want to download and run the video
Note :- you can download only the video directly uploaded to facebook.com,you can not download the video which is shared from other sites (Ex :- Youtube)
Step 2 :- Then right click and choose save video link as , then it will automatically downloaded to your system,Example showing in below picture :-
